Super Bowl LIX Ticket Prices Soar As Eagles & Chiefs Set For Rematch In New Orleans

Fans hoping to witness Super Bowl LIX in person had better brace themselves, because ticket prices for this year’s Big Game are reaching astronomical levels.

After thrilling victories in their respective Championship Games, the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs are officially set for a rematch of Super Bowl LVII, marking the second time in three seasons that the two powerhouses will square off on the sport’s biggest stage. This time, they’ll meet in New Orleans on February 9, 2025, and demand for tickets is sky-high.

Just Getting In Will Cost You Nearly $7K

As of Sunday morning, the cheapest available tickets (those dreaded nosebleeds) start at a staggering $6,953. Want to sit on the 100-level sidelines? Be prepared to shell out anywhere between $12,000 and $28,000 depending on your row and angle.

Here’s a snapshot of current market prices from a prominent ticket broker:

Prices May Fluctuate, But Don’t Expect a Major Drop

Super Bowl ticket pricing has always been notoriously volatile. Prices can spike further as supply diminishes and the hype builds, especially for a matchup with this level of interest. On the other hand, if demand cools or last-minute availability increases, prices may dip slightly in the days leading up to kickoff.

That said, this Eagles-Chiefs rivalry is one of the NFL’s premier storylines, and fans from Philly and Kansas City are known for traveling deep. So I wouldn’t bet on a big drop.

While I would love to watch the Eagles take down the Chiefs in NOLA, I just don’t have the money for that. So instead, I’ll be rooting them on from the comfort of my couch.

Go Birds! 🦅
