Patriots, LB Jerod Mayo agree to five-year contract extension
The New England Patriots and linebacker Jerod Mayo have agreed on a five-year contract extension, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports. Financial terms have not been disclosed, but Pro Bowl-caliber inside linebacker have received contracts averaging between $8.5 to $10 million per season.
