The Steelers continue to keep options open at running back, and today had a visit with free agent running back Larod Stephens-Howling.
The former Pitt running back spent the last four seasons with the Cardinals, and last season ran for 356 yards with four touchdowns. He’s also an excellent special teams player.
The Steelers have lost one running back to the Cardinals, that being Rashard Mendenhall. Stephens-Howling would for sure bring a different dynamic because he’s a return man, and a whole different back than those currently on the roster.
