Darren McFarland

Darren McFarland - Afternoon Sports Talk Host Darren McFarland of 104.5 The Zone WGFX in Nashville, TN joins us each week for Gridiron Gabbin here on NFLGridirongab.com. Darren was born in Lexington, KY and lived there until he was 21 years old. He graduated from Bryan Station High School in 1987 where the likes of Jack “Goose” Givens, “Dinner Bell”, Mel Turpin, Dermonti Dawson and Doug Flynn all attended. He lettered 3 straight years in both soccer and tennis. Darren attended college at the University of Kentucky and graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting with a 4.0. While living in Cleveland, Ohio for 7 cold years he was able to attend every World Series home game in 1995 and 1997 at Jacobs Field. He was in Cleveland when Bernie Kosar was cut from the Browns and Art Model pulled another mayflower move in the night as he packed up and moved the team to Baltimore. He also was lucky enough to see Michael Jordan beat the Cavs over and over again. In January of 1998 Darren moved to Nashville where he has been living happily ever since.

Will Carroll - Injury expert Will Carroll joins us each week on the “Gridiron Gab Fantasy Spotlight” to update you on all the major and even the minor injuries that might dictate your fantasy decisions for your team. Carroll is a well known writer for SI.com as well as for Football & Baseball Prospectus. Jenn Sterger - Always entertaining and never afraid to speak her mind, original “FSU Cowgirl” Jenn Sterger joins us here at NFLGridIronGab.com for interviews as well as an appearance here and there on “Gridiron Gab Fantasy Spotlight.” Jenn came to be known during the FSU/Miami game of 2005 and was known as the “FSU Cowgirl” internet sensation. She has appeared in a number of sports and entertainment magazines and is most recognized for both her work with Sports Illustrated and her appearances with NASCAR.
