New York Giants WR Golden Tate Enters Concussion Protocol

Giants wide receiver Golden Tate has entered the concussion protocol according to the team’s Twitter account.

Tate was injured on his fourth-quarter touchdown, which came between two defenders, Sunday at Chicago.

This continues a season-long trend for the Giants, who have been ravaged by injuries to key players on both sides of the ball. If Tate can’t clear the league’s protocol in time for Week 13, Sterling Shepard would likely shift to the slot with Darius Slayton and Bennie Fowler working outside against the Green Bay Packers.
