New York Giants TE Evan Engram Getting a Second Opinion on Injury to Foot

After undergoing an MRI on his injured foot, Giants tight end Evan Engram is sending the MRI to renowned foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Engram suffered the injury in Monday night’s loss to the Cowboys and did not practice on Wednesday. Schefter reports that his status this Sunday’s game against the Jets is “uncertain”.

Engram missed an earlier game this season with a sprained MCL and has struggled to stay healthy in his three-year NFL career. Thus far in 2019 he has produced 44 receptions for 467 yards and three touchdowns.
