Saturday Tom Brady celebrated his 42nd birthday, and now one day later the future Hall of Fame quarterback is reportedly on the verge of getting a contract extension.
ESPN’s Field Yates stated that the deal should be ‘done soon,’ as Brady and the Pats get ready to try and defend their title after they topped the Rams in the Super Bowl in February.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter says that the extension is for two seasons, which takes him through the 2021 campaign, and it will raise him from $15 million this year to $23 million.
