New England Patriots Activate Tackle Isaiah Wynn Off Injured Reserve

The Patriots have been needing help on their offensive line, and finally it sounds like they are going to get it.

The team has activated offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn off injured reserve according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.

With Wynn coming off the injured list, the team placed wide out Gunner Olszewski on injured reserve.

Wynn was the first round pick of the Pats in the 2018 NFL Draft, and the team has been anxious to get him on the field. He spent his rookie season on injured reserve with a torn Achilles suffered in the preseason.

The team is hopeful that Wynn can round out to being a force on the line, as the team lost Trent Brown this past spring via free agency.

Wynn was able to play in two games before injuring his toe. With the team needing help on the line, his arrival off the list is a welcome sight for the team.
