The National Anthem has been a source of great controversy the last few seasons since players started to kneel, lock arms or even not come out of the tunnel.
Today there’s a report that there could be a change coming in how the anthem is managed, and that is the home team will decide if teams come out for the anthem.
Per sources, one anthem idea being discussed: Leaving it up to home team on whether teams come out for the anthem; if teams do come out for the anthem, potential that teams could be assessed 15-yard penalties for kneeling.

Expect more and more chatter about how this is handled, as at times over the last two years it’s been the most talked about topic concerning the NFL, at times bigger than the players and the game itself.
