Marcus Lattimore, Collin Klein, Miguel Maysonet and 4 MSU Spartans Invited to Combine

South Carolina RB Marcus Lattimore, who suffered a severe leg injury.

Kansas State QB Collin Klein, who surprisingly beat out both Baylor QB Taylor Florence and California QB Zach Maynard for a spot, is one of the most likable and decorated QBs in this year’s draft. The QBs who will be there merely to throw to the receivers have not been announced yet, and perhaps Tulane QB and Texas vs. The Nation MVP Ryan Griffin will be one of them.

Stony Brook RB Miguel Maysonet (5-09, 205 lbs.)led the FCS in rushing in 2012 (averaging over 150 yards per game), finished second in the Walter Payton Award voting, and participated in the first ever RayCom College Football All-Star Classic. Another intriguing – if slower – small school running back, Missouri Western’s Michael Hill (5-10, 204 lbs.) won the MVP (12 carries, 148 yards, 2 TDs) at that game but was not invited to the Combine.

The Combine will feature four Michigan State Spartans as well: CB Johnny Adams, RB Le’Veon Bell, DE William Gholston, and TE Dion Sims.
