The season for Jaguars linebacker Myles Jack is over, as Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that the team has placed the veteran on injured reserve, ending his season.
The knee injury that will keep Jack out the rest of the year was suffered in week 13 against the Buccaneers.
Jack was the Jags second round pick in 2016, and many were concerned about his history of knee injuries, but he’s never missed a game in his pro career.
The linebacker’s salary for 2020 will see his cap hit jump to $15.4 million next year on his four-year, $57 million deal.
