Indianapolis Colts RB Marlon Mack Fractures Had in Sunday Win Over Jaguars

The Colts got a huge AFC South win over the Jaguars on Sunday, but may have lost one of their big playmakers on offense in the process.

ESPN reports that running back Marlon Mack suffered a fractured hand in the 33-13 win, and will “undergo more tests to determine whether he needs surgery and how long he will be out, but he will not play Thursday night against the Texans, per the source.”

The loss is a big one for the Colts and Mack, who was having a huge game when he went down against the Jags, rushing for 109 yards, including four runs of at least 10 yards before the injury.

Jonathan Williams stepped in as the Colts lead back when Mack left the game, and will likely start against the Houston Texans on Thursday night in another key AFC South battle.
