Indianapolis Colts Coach Frank Reich Hopeful T.Y. Hilton Can Return Still in 2019

Speaking at his Monday press conference, Colts head coach Frank Reich said he is “hopeful” wide receiver T.Y. Hilton can return this season according to Mike Chappell of FOX59/CBS4 Sports.

Not exactly an optimistic statement for a team that is fighting to win the AFC South. Hilton suffered a setback with his calf injury at practice last week and was unable to suit up for Sunday’s loss to the Titans.

Reich also wouldn’t commit to Parris Campbell (hand) suiting up in Week 14. The team’s passing offense is struggling mightily without its best player, with only Zach Pascal and tight end Jack Doyle proving to be reliable targets for QB Jacoby Brissett.
