Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers Medically Cleared to Return to Playing

The Packers pulled out a must-win Sunday in overtime in Cleveland, and now at 7-6 it appears they are going to get their all-world quarterback back under center in time for a playoff run.

Aaron Rodgers, who has been out the last eight weeks after suffering a broken collarbone, put out on social media Tuesday night that he’s officially back, and that he’s been medically cleared to return to playing.

Now it’s not 100 percent official that he’s going to take the field against the Panthers on Sunday, but it would not make a whole lot of sense for him to put out that announcement on social media without knowing from the team that he’s not going to play.

In other words, look for A-Rod to be under center Sunday when the Packers travel to play the Pant
