Dolphins RB Daniel Thomas Had Knee Surgery Last Month

In 2012 Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas rushed for 325 yards and four TD’s in 12 games. He will be counted on taking on a bigger role in 2013, but will have to overcome knee surgery to do it.
The agents for Thomas have told the Miami Herald that he had the surgery on his knee last month. The surgery was connected to the injury that forced Thomas to miss the final two games of the season.
Thomas is expected to be back in time to participate in spring workouts.
