Colts Starting QB Jacoby Brissett Out For Sunday’s Game Against the Dolphins

It will be veteran Brian Hoyer under center for the Colts on Sunday when they play host to the one-win Miami Dolphins in week 10 action.

The Colts announced that regular starter at QB Jacoby Brissett won’t play due to the injury suffered last week in the 26-24 loss at Pittsburgh.

Brissett suffered a sprained MCL during last Sunday’s loss and he had been a limited participant in practice all week.

Hoyer gave the team a great chance to win, but a missed 42-yard field goal with just over a minute left sealed the Colts fate.
