Cleveland Browns To Talk To Mike Zimmer For Coach Opening

The Browns struck out on Chip Kelly last week in Arizona, but are back at it talking to CFL coach Marc Trestman on Tuesday, and today according to Jay Glazer at Fox Sports, they will talk to Cincinnati DC Mike Zimmer.

Browns are bringing in Bengals DC Mike Zimmer for an interview later today for their head coach opening.Really like this fit for them.

Zimmer has been overlooked for jobs all over the place, this while the Bengals defense has been solid over his five seasons with the team.

Word is the Browns want an offensive guy as they coach, so this may just be a smokescreen, but at the same time, Zimmer would make a solid fit as Glazer pointed out in the tweet.
