Chase Daniel Signs With Chiefs

Quarterback Chase Daniel might have turned down a chance to start with the New York Jets, and has signed a 3-year, $9 million contract from the Kansas City Chiefs.

Daniel had at least three teams after him, as he was good enough that the New Orleans Saints trusted him to back-up Drew Brees since 2009. His lifetime regular season numbers: 7/9, 55 yards, 0 TDs, 0 INTs.
