Posted in Rams right tackle Jason Smith has been placed on injured reserve with concussion symptoms, the club announced on Friday.
Smith has missed the last four weeks after sustaining a concussion while going for fumble in a Week 7 loss in Dallas .
The Baylor alum also missed the final six weeks of his rookie season, and one game in 2010, with a concussion.
To replace Smith, the Rams have claimed offensive lineman Bryan Mattison off waivers from the Ravens.
