Posted in Packers linebacker Erik Walden was arrested and booked into Brown County Jail earlier this morning after allegedly assaulting his live-in girlfriend, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.
According to the report, the incident occurred at 2:30am CT and authorities were called a few hours later. Walden’s live-in girlfriend was treated for a cut and bump on her head and an injured right hand.
Walden had a season-high eight tackles in the Packers’ 27-15 win over the Lions on Thanksgiving Day.
