According to a league source, the New York Jets will not land Oakland Raiders’ free agent cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha.
All of the money saved restructuring contracts could mean the Jets will hold on to corner Antonio Cromartie or extend one of their own guys, linebacker David Harris.
Now, America’s Team is the clear frontrunner to snatch one of the NFL’s premiere players.
