29. Cincinnati Bengals – Carson Palmer wants out. They sound like both Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco are going to be gone too. Two years ago they won the AFC North, now they will be hard pressed to win more than a handful of games.

Way off the mark on a lot of these rankings. The Saints are clearly a team with all the pieces, a great draft, and a franchise QB… need to be much higher. Ravens on the other hand are not the same team, not the same imposing Defense, they will slide. Some decent selections overall.
