When it comes to Texans LB Brian Cushing, I can understand the whole reasoning behind why they would consider stripping him of his Defensive Rookie of the Year Award but why wasn’t he busted last year? Players know the rules, plain and simple.
So why is it a surprise when you get something taken away when rules aren’t followed? The same rules apply to everyone and throughout the years, and I think the system has cracked down more these days than they ever have before! Despite whether or not he denies ever using anything illegal, the fact remains a substance showed up.
Now if he really denies it, there should be a whole other case on someone setting him up! Anything is possible and I don’t put anything past anyone when trying to get ahead!!
