Posted in Bit of a shocker here: QB coach Chris Palmer has retired, according to the Giants. Palmer is credited for helping Eli Manning become a Pro Bowl and Super Bowl winning quarterback. No word yet on his replacement. We here at NFLGridironGab wish him the best of luck in retired life.
“I had a great run with the Giants,” Palmer said. “I want to thank the Maras and the Tisches for three great years. I enjoyed my time there very much. And it was not only the players, but the people and the organization. It was a very, very good situation for me.”
