The NFL regular season is drawing to a close, yet the playoff picture is gradually becoming more transparent. Below is the current playoff scenario for Week 15 of the NFL regular season:
AFC
Indianapolis — Has clinched the conference’s top seed.
San Diego — Clinches AFC West with a Denver loss, or a win or tie and a Denver tie. Clinches a first-round bye with a win, a Denver loss or tie and a New England loss or tie. Clinches a playoff spot with a win or tie as well as several combinations of results by 3 other teams.
Cincinnati — Clinches AFC North if it wins or Baltimore loses.
NFC
New Orleans — Has clinched NFC South title and first-round bye.
Minnesota — Has clinched a playoff spot and locks up NFC North title if it wins or Green Bay loses. It clinches first-round bye if it wins and Philadelphia loses or ties.
Arizona — Clinches NFC West title if it wins and San Francisco loses or ties.
Philadelphia — Clinches playoff spot if it wins.
Green Bay — Clinches a playoff spot if it wins and the Giants lose or tie.
