Despite his extremely high QB rating Aaron Rodgers is way too high up on the list. 1 interception to TD ratio says very little about the QB, other than he has better receiving threats than he does running threats in the red zone.

He is making a lot of good decisions with the football, so its great that he has only thrown 5 interceptions to his 37 sacks, that said he has been sacked 37 times.

I'd venture to say that him being sacked so many times has something, if not just a little to do, with their win to loss ratio.

I might be partial in what I am going to say here, but Manning gets the #1 over Brees - which doesn't minimalize Brees' accomplishments one bit.

But consider the fact that Manning is putting up his numbers despite the fact that other than Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark, his options are limited. Anthony Gonzalez has been out most of the season; meanwhile, Austin Collie and Pierre Garcon have stepped up in his absence.

This, more than anything else, just illustrates Manning's abilities with the cards dealt to him on the offensive side of the ball. At least Brees has some offensive options (all of them healthy, by the way).

A tough call, but I, of course, give the edge to Manning.
