Every player is one hit from being out for the season.Yeah,the Vikes hav’nt done much but it is still better to have Favre than a 2nd string quaterback(Sage) and a 3rd year draft bust ,(Tjack).I can’t wait for the rivalry.It will make football very interesting, I bet the NFL is paying Farves salary for the Vikes for the revenue involved with signing him.Can you imagine the viewing crowd Monday night against Green Bay.

The Vikings still have never won anything. I live in Minnesota and it’s funny how you guys say the same thing every year, Vikings Superbowl. Williams brothers will end up in jail or fined and suspended. Peterson will NEVER be Barry Sanders, and if you do win a Superbowl with Farve just remember: It took a Packers quarterback to make the Vikings a winner.

Funny to see all the Viking homers thinking Favre is the answer when just a few years ago you where calling him washed up. All the Packer fans will be laughing as Favre fails to get his petty revenge. The Packers already have the best QB in the divison and will for a long time.

I’ll be surprised if the Vikes get through the season without injuries to key players. Favre is one bad hit away from a serious injury. Who’s to say AP won’t catch a foot on the turf and blow up a knee? Is the defense indestructible? Nothing’s for certain in this league. Last year, the Cowboys looked like world beaters before the season started. Favre needs to beat the Packers, I guess, but that won’t define a successful season. I’d rather lose both games to the Packers and go to playoffs and win. Rivalries are fun, but a Super Bowl win is forever.And look out for the Bears. They’re more than capable of feasting on Favre. Let’s take it a game at a time, shall we?
