Just when we thought we would never hear from Ryan Leaf again, he is once again in the news. This time it’s not a story about how he was an NFL bust, he is now in trouble with the law.
Texas Law enforcement officials said that on May 20 there was a arrest warrant issued to Leaf and he agreed to turn himself in on drug and burglary charges, the problem is, being the irresponsible adult he is, Leaf failed to turn himself in and he is now a wanted man.
Something he is not in the NFL.
Leaf, who a few years ago said that he was finally at peace in his life, was fired from his job at West Texas A&M after he allegedly asked a student athlete if he could have a pain pill.
I will not bore you and go back and talk about how bad Leaf’s short lived NFL career was. But at least now he is “wanted” for something.
