The Browns are not #32 in the League. they are somewhere around #24-26. That is how the play will be this year with all new coaching, and an offense with major changes with no K Winslow, Jamaal a year older, and a rookie (still- Romeo's fault there) QB starting his 4th game.
The defense can only be better then last year. These Jets players, especially Elam, need to pay dividends or Mangini's stock will drop like an Anderson spiral to Edwards heading for the endzone.

The one thing going for the Browns this year, is what appears to be an easy schedule. They can go 7-9. But wont make the playoffs since everyone in the division has similar easy schedules too. Give me one big blow out win over the Stoolers, a Quinn year of 22+ TDs and no more than 12 INTs, and a defense that keeps us in EVERY game, and it will be viewed as a step in the right direction.

Wow Pat...you're amazing!! You've got the entire league figured out. Someone should pay you large sums of money... as a bride... just to hang around their complex and exude you're football prowess. Speak in short and mysterious haiku though, it seems the longer you speak the dumber you begin to sound.

For once since Cleveland has come back into the league thay actually got a Draft right. Am I saying that Cleveland has placed themselves in direct contention for the Super Bowl, no. But anyone, with whose opinion isn't scewed by an apparent hatred for the team, can see they're set to do better than 30th! They've taken the necessary building measures and are a better team for it.

As far as the Jets... Until Favre's arm gave out (torn bicep), and his ego wouldn't let him tarnish his "consecutive starts" record,
the Jets weren't doing all that bad.

I think you should follow your own advice and do a little thinking before writing yourself.

eric mangini is the savior of cleveland browns football he ride their asses every single practice and he keeps them motivated the same if their playing a 15-0 team on monday night or a 0-15 team on sunday at 1 and he holds players accountable for everything they do u commit a penalty(he has officials at every single practice) you run a lap you drop a pass run a lap nobody gets suspended like last year if you screw up you are made to work harder so either were gonna be efficent or were gonna have endurance either way i like my odds

Wow... how embarrassing. You really shouldn't attach your name to stuff like this. Then, you would at least have plausible deniability.

For the record:
1) Brady's knee is fine, that's why they traded Cassel
2) Super Bowl hangover is a myth
3) There is nothing promising about Brady Quinn. He is unquestionably in the bottom third of NFL starting QB's.
4) In reference to Jamal Lewis, the phrase "has made big plays in the past" is code for "old".
5) Patten and Furrey are NOT good #2 and #3 receivers.
6) "Hardworking" tight ends are not going to be a sufficient replacement for Winslow.
7) High expectations for your rookie WR's doesn't mean a thing. They can still fall flat on their faces and most likely, one of them will.
8) Where did Mangini really leave the Jets? Nowhere. Expect the same in Cleveland.

Try thinking before writing next time. I'm not sure I'd put the Browns dead last in the NFL, but I definitely wouldn't have them any higher than 30th. And let's be serious... what's the difference between #30 and #32? Not much.

There's no way in hell the Browns win 10 games this year. Keep dreaming.
