If anything could the officer have at least followed the Moats inside the hopsital?? Possibly in that case the officer could see the truth and Ryan Moats would have been able to comfort his wife as her one and only mother lays in agony. If it was absolutely necessary for the officer to meet his damn quota then he could of easily issued him a ticket within the hospital. Police officers, in my eyes, have a bad rep. Some are true to their work and believe in being good sumaritans, although, other officers intentions seem questionable. I can elaborate more and more but the damage is already done and more than likely my voice will never be heard. Mr. and Mrs. Moats..may your well deserved justice be served and your (mother)-in-law rest in peace! Quite frankly I am absolutely appolled!! From what I can tell, Moats had his hazard lights on and the police officer was lead to the parking lot of a HOSPITAL.
