Now that Terrell Owens is a free man once again, released on Thursday from the Dallas Cowboys, there is no question that probably a couple of teams will mull around picking up the productive but moody wide out.
At the end of the day though, there is a perfect fit in the NFL for Owens, a team that has been known for many years to pick up troubled players, and a team that actually could use a wide receiver right now.
Terrell Owens – Welcome to the Oakland Raiders.
Yes, you can bet that Al Davis had to raise an eyebrow today (that is if he has any left) after hearing that Owens was released, and probably started looking at the teams cap numbers to see if Owens could fit in the salary range of the team.
Owens can be a productive wide out, no question. The question is would Owens become the next Raiders Randy Moss, a player that starts off okay, but by the end clearly does not want to be there.
T.O. has something to prove. Now he’ll go out and try to make it known that Dallas made a mistake. Not many teams will give him that shot, but the Raiders are a perfect fit. The leagues misfit team for the leagues most misfit player.

well MR OWENS could fit into the raiders and I think with MR RUSSELLS arm he could be a big deap threat but this will be risky I think MR Marvin Harrison would fit better because he has a gun 4 protection in oakland and he is less of a risk MR HARRISON still has great hands and could teach a young crabtree a lot.
What makes the Raiders such a misfit team Mr douche? buncha haters
