The Pats may be in the hunt for veteran RB Fred Taylor. Today’s Boston Globe reports that the team has an interest in Taylor, who was released this past week by the Jags after 11 seasons and being their all-time leading rusher. The Patriots have expressed interest in free-agent RB Fred Taylor, and it’s possible that Taylor could be visiting with the team this week, according to a league source. Shalise Manza Young of the Providence Journal first reported the Patriots’ interest today. In the Providence Journal report, the Bills were noted as another team interested in Taylor.
