		<description>Snyder wasn&#039;t trying to change his ways this past offseason. They were just so close to the cap, that Danny boy couldn&#039;t afford to go on his free agent spending spree. As soon as some of these big contract guys leave the team, he&#039;ll be buying up every second-rate receivers again.</description>
