The first year it was in the digital tier, then they moved it to a Sports Tier, which is extra. Comcast should live up to whatever agreement they had with the NFL. Just my 2c worth. John,

If enough of Comcast's customers request the NFL network then let Comcast decide if it is an economically sound decision. At least they are not doing the "bait and switch" like Dish Network did. Dish strongly promoted the NFL network on their "basic" package to new subscribers,(me). After I signed up, got my house wired for all their receivers and cancelled my cable, I got one "free" season of it and they pulled the NFL Network off the "basic" and moved it up to the next more expensive tier of programming. I am considering contacting the Attorney General's Office for this "bait and switch" policy that Dish has used.
