Herm should be fired along with Carl Peterson. Herm should not have been hired in the first place. In New York he showed us how to run a team into the ground in 5 years. He got better at it in KC. It only took him 2 years to destroy the Chiefs. Losing coaches talk about time of possession. Winning coaches talk about scoring. The Chiefs will never win under Herm. His system takes us back to Marty. All defense and no offense. Right now there is no defense. Herm must be related to Frank Ganz. All mouth and no action. The one thing Herm has on him is lying! He does plenty of that. Hopefully next year there will be a house cleaning in KC. Start with Carl Peterson and finish with all the coaches. This includes the scouting department. Then hire a GM that wants to win games, not count money. Then hire Bill Cower. The fans of KC deserve better. The proper way to rebuid is to have a mix of veterans and young talent. Just take a look at Denver right now. They have just as many rookies as the Chiefs. The difference is their rookies have talent. By the way, who does Brodie Croyle remind you of? How about Todd Blackledge? I am sure Chiefs fans will be as happy as the Jets fans the day Herm is fired.
