Then they should start QB Troy Smith to open the regular season ar home but Daunte Culpepper should be inserted as the starter ASAP. It would appear to be the perfect marriage - Culpepper wants to be a starter at QB and the Ravens do not have a QB on their roster worthy of starting right now.
