		<description>Portis doesn&#039;t have a lack of quickness considering he ran a 4.29 40 out of college, and at 27 beat LaRon Landry in a footrace this offseason, and I&#039;m not too sure but I think he&#039;s pretty fast/quick. His numbers weren&#039;t outstanding last year but with half the offensive line on IR and a mediocre at best pass game what more can u expect. He&#039;s still one of the best backs in the league. If he was traded to the colts this season, he would rush for 2,000 yards, 35 TDS and be the MVP of the league. He&#039;s one of the most complete backs in the NFL and its a shame he doesn&#039;t get more credit for it.</description>
