I am not sure if appearing aloof is the reason for thinking that he needs to go or the fact the running game was not successful last year. Was it a poor offensive line or RB who did not run hard? I will not question his toughness, an NFL RB gets beat up, but the specical ones do it with compassion, Walter Payton. He is no Walter. It is tough comparision, not a fair fight but would be nice to see a lot more toughness and actual caring. Is he playing for the second contract?
