Grads & Garcia are on the short list. Lets not forget that Simms when sacked 2 or less times is 7-0 and as a young starter went 5-1 in our division winning 3 games on the road in 2005. Scratch 2006 from his record, a healthy Simms is better than Griese and Garcia put together. Grises has played on better teams than Tampa and couldn't get it done, he was signed to replace Garcia because Tampa knew they will not renew his contract.
