		<description>Simms is not going anywhere, he&#039;s the best QB on the roster. Grads &amp; Garcia are on the short list. Lets not forget that Simms when sacked 2 or less times is 7-0 and as a young starter went 5-1 in our division winning 3 games on the road in 2005. Scratch 2006 from his record, a healthy Simms is better than Griese and Garcia put together. Grises has played on better teams than Tampa and couldn&#039;t get it done, he was signed to replace Garcia because Tampa knew they will not renew his contract. Simms starts, McCown backs him up and JJ gets to learn for a fwe years, you heard it here first!!!</description>
