Report: Restraining Order Against Moss Dropped

The “Boston Herald” says a restraining order against Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss has been dropped. The paper says 35-year-old Rachelle Washington has also agreed to let alleged injuries she says she suffered because of Moss be covered by his insurance company.
Washington alleged Moss caused serious injury to her on January 6th and refused to allow her to seek medical attention. Moss said there was an accident involving Washington prior to the AFC Championship Game in January, but he never laid a hand on her.
