Raider CB Fabian Washington was arrested on Tuesday night according to the San Jose Mercury News for domestic battery. The story states that Washington and his girlfriend got into an argument and the situation got physical and then police were called. Washington denied that anything physical took place and he was released on his own recongnizance. His arraignment is set for March 25th.
Washington does not have a criminal record of any sort, and police spokesman Dave Bristow said that will likely will get probation from the incident. He was the Radiers first round draft choice back in 2005, but lost his starting job early last season. In 2007 he played in 15 games, with one pick and 40 total tackles. He has five career interceptions in three seasons.
