Leahy is from Vermont, which is in New England. (since you don't know how the US government works you might not know where Vermont is either, I'm not sure) Its not very likely that he'll call a hearing, it would piss his constituents off and frankly its a waste of the Senate's time. Bottom line specter has no power to do any off this stuff, his party is in the MINORITY. Frankly it sad people write about what will happen when they don't have a clue how our govt. functions.
