i figured the pats defense was vanilla against the giants in week 17. But, they’ve been pretty vanilla all year long, including the playoffs. There’s only so much BB can do with this defense, in my opinion. There’s no Ted Johnson, Roman Pfifer, or Rosevelt Colvin on the sidelines. I don’t see how this defense is much better than Green Bay. Eli would have led the offense to 26 points in regulation if it weren’t for two missed field goals, while playing in 0 degree wheather. Also, the cold doesn’t harm the Patriots offense…only wind. Conditions were not windy for the week 17 contest with the G-Men.

You’re picking on emotion—the worst thing that you could ever do. When the Pats played the Giants it was in NY, cold weather, a raucous crown, the Pats admitting they played their worst defense of the year, because of the Christmas holiday and the fact that the game was played on a Saturday night the Pats only had two days to prepare. BB kept their defensive game plan vanilla because they didn’t want to give their upcoming playoff opponents anything to see on film. BB aint gonna be handicapped with these things tonight when it’s nice an cozy warm in that beautiful AZ dome. AND Tom Brady has never lost in a game in a dome—10+ games. The Giants are dead. Throw your emotion out the window and start betting with your head. Don’t listen to these Bozo’s.
