Ingredients
.5 pint Smithwick’s Ale
.5 pint Guinness Draught beer
Preparation
Pour Smithwick’s Ale into Pint Glass
Layer Guinness on top of Smithwick’s by pouring it over the back of a soup-size spoon

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Zwack
3 oz. bloody mary mix
1 stalk celery
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt
Preparation
Fill glass with ice
Combine Zwack with bloody mary mix and stir well
