Sunday at Cleveland Browns Stadium the career of one of the better defensive tackles to take the field in quite some time came to an end, as 49′ers DE Bryant Young officially declared his career over. The 35-year old was the 9′ers first draft choice back in the 1994 draft, picked 7th overall. He is the last remaining member of the San Fran roster to have played on the team when they pounded the Chargers in Super Bowl XXIX. He was the UPI NFL-NFC Rookie of the year in 1994, and was on the 1990′s NFL All-Decade Team. His 14-year career included the following numbers: 208 total games, 89.5 sacks. Click below to hear Young right after his final game ever vs the Browns in the 49′ers locker room as he talks about his career.
