As an owner of an 11 year old pitbull, I feel like a little bit of justice has been served. Dogs are like babies, dependent on us for their survival and for their homelife. That is why so many of us have such strong reactions to this. My poor little guy got wrapped up in barbed wire and thrown out of a car window eleven years ago. That is how I got the most big hearted animal. He has taught me so much - about love, hope, and trust. He thinks I am the most amazing person. Didn't have to do much to earn his love. After all of these years he still acts so grateful for food, affection, walks - stuff most dogs take for granted. He is my buddy, my pet-bull. I love him. Good.
